π Creamy burrata, juicy tomatoes, fresh basil, and a tangy drizzle β a refreshing, elegant salad for any occasion.

β Ingredients:
1 burrata ball (about 200g) β chilled
2β3 ripe heirloom tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh basil leaves (a handful)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze or reduction (or use balsamic vinegar)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optional add-ons:
Arugula or rocket leaves
Toasted pine nuts or walnuts
Grilled peaches or figs
Crusty bread or crostini on the side
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Prep the base
Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a serving plate or salad board. If using cherry tomatoes, cut them in half.Add greens and herbs
Tear some fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the tomatoes. Add a few rocket/arugula leaves if you like.Place the burrata
Gently place the burrata ball in the center. If you want drama, cut it open slightly so the creamy inside spills out a bit πDrizzle and season
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over everything. Season with salt and pepper.Garnish & serve
Add optional toppings like toasted nuts or grilled fruit. Serve immediately with toasted bread or as is.
